The large property is completely walled for security and a large Palapa with built in brick BBQ is prefect for outdoor entertaining. Stroll on the beach and collect rocks, swim in the ocean, watch the sea turtles nest or build a bonfire for a wienie roast, the beach is right outside your back gate. The combined 2 level living and dining room have great views and satellite TV for evenings at home. The kitchen is charming with lots of colourful Mexican tiles. The master suite has a king sized bed and ensuite bath with jacuzzi, separate satellite TV and private terrace overlooking the magnificent Pacific Ocean. The second and third bedrooms are outfitted with 2 single beds each that can easily be converted to king beds and a shared bath.. The last bedroom sleeps 5 with 1 single bed and 2 sets of bunk beds, perfect for your gang of children and an ensuite bath.

With-in a 1 minute walk is Costa Azul Club offering wonderful rates for a day at the pool with drinks and food included. A short walk into town puts you in the heart of a typical Mexican fishing village with a population of just above 1000 very friendly people.
